Brooks thanks ex-mayor of Witham

Today, Brooks Newmark MP invited the ex-mayor of Witham, Janet Money, to the Houses of Parliament to say thank you for all of her hard work for the people of Witham over the last year.

Brooks said, “It is important that we both thank and recognise all those who devote so much time and energy into improving life for local residents. Janet provides a great example of what can be achieved through the wonderful tradition of public service, and I would like to wish her the best of luck for the future. I know that Janet’s successor, Barry Fleet, is carrying on her good work, and I look forward to working with him closely this year.”
