Brooks celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Territorial Army

The centenary celebration of the Territorial Army was marked by a parade through Chelmsford followed by a service of celebration at Chelmsford Cathedral.

Brooks says 'It is important that we, as a community, recognise the hard work and sacrifice by these men and women, both in peacetime and on operations.'
